What are the Refund & Return/Exchange Policies?

No refund will be given in any case.
Returns/Exchange
You can classify returns in two segments; Courier and Customer Returns.
Courier Returns
Courier returns are Return To Origin (RTO) Initiated orders. An order is RTO initiated when it has been undelivered three times due to various reasons.
What is RTO?
“Ekdum Nonsense” does not charge any additional RTO shipping charges. All RTO initiated orders will be delivered back to us, by default, since custom return addresses are not accepted by our logistics partners. Once delivered to us, the order is Added to Returns in the next 24-48 hours, allowing you to get Re-ship it to yourself or another address. All Returned orders are stored, free of charge, for 30 days.
Return request for defective product:
If a return/ exchange request is raised for a defective product, you have to share the same with us by dropping a mail at hello@ekdumnonsense.com. If the defect is verified, we will take 100% responsibility for the same and initiate a replacement, at 0 cost.
The defect needs to be communicated to us within 5 days upon the date of receipt of product.
· Share images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.
· Share image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
· Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.
Exchange request due to Size
If customer raises an exchange request for any issues like Size mismatch and with no other defects, we will replace the product with some conditions.
We will arrange a reverse pickup and once the product reached our warehouse, our quality team will inspect the product and will release the replacement, if product and its tags/barcodes all found in line with policy of the company.
